Our original gym, created in 2014, was built in a heritage site across three levels. Today Surry Hills is home to The Original on Elizabeth Street, The Strength Gym on Holt Street, and our dedicated Reformer Studio on Cooper Street — a complete fitness ecosystem in the heart of the city.

Join dynamic group workouts in The Battleground, our HIIT and Strength studio, and enjoy Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Dance in our New York loft-inspired MindBody studio.
