Force Test Week is back! This is a high-energy, performance-driven week designed to celebrate your hard work, test your progress and bring the Force community together.
Whether you're new to testing and want to record your baseline or you're ready to see how far you've come over the last 12 weeks, this is your chance to show up, lift big and finish the season strong.
WHAT IS IT?
A dedicated week of testing classes built around our three major lifts – squat, bench, and deadlift – plus a high-intensity conditioning challenge.
Each session is programmed to give you the chance to set a baseline or see real progress in your strength and performance.
