House of Flow with Aje Athletica: A Morning of Mindful Movement in North Sydney
By One Playground
This November, One Playground joined forces with Aje Athletica to host House of Flow inside our new four-level North Sydney club, creating a serene and uplifting event that blended movement, mindfulness and modern style in one seamless experience.
Designed as an escape from the pace of everyday life, House of Flow invited guests to slow down and reconnect. Our wellness hub on Level 4 was transformed into a calm, light-filled space, filled with fresh greenery, designed for mindful movement to take centre stage.
The morning began with a flowing Mat Pilates session led by One Playground Master Trainer Jessie Dyer. Intentional sequencing, conscious breathwork and a gentle cool-down complemented by a guided meditation created the perfect balance between effort and ease, giving everyone a moment to truly reset.
Influencers and friends of the brand, including Rachel Tee Tyler, Ashleigh Huynh, Elise Faust and others, took part in the experience wearing the newest looks from Aje Athletica's recent collection. Their elevated activewear highlights the harmony between functionality and style.
Following the session, attendees were welcomed into a restorative post-class ritual. Warm steamed towels, seasonal refreshments and premium wellness catering brought a luxe, spa-like feel to the space, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy the slower pace of the morning.
House of Flow reminded us how powerful intentional movement can be when paired with thoughtful design and a calm environment. Events like this reinforce our mission to create experiences that support both physical wellbeing and emotional clarity.
A big thank you to our friends at Aje Athletica for bringing this vision to life with us. Here's to many more moments that inspire the way we move and live.
